Alexandra Stein, Ph.D.

 

Alexandra Stein, Ph.D. (University of Minnesota, Sociology) is a writer and sociologist. She has been active in cult education for over ten years. Her first book, Inside Out: A Memoir of Entering and Breaking Out of a Political Cult (North Star Press) appeared in 2002. She is an Executive Director of RISE International, a non profit organisation that works to protect children from abuse in cults.
